Strange behaviour while trying to add record in a Matrix Box

Hi everyone,

I am dealing with a form that uses a matrix box to add data in a table....
I try to add the employee No...It appears for a while with the other corresponding fields(Name, etc) in the matrix box but when I clik on another field, everything suddenly disappears...

It is actually inserted in my table but disappears from the form I used to insert it...
What can I do to keep my records displayed in the matrix box???
