Database is Invalid or Cannot be Accessed - ODBC Error HY024

I have a strange issue with connection to new NAV 2009 R2 database on SQL 2008 r2.

When I try to connect to database with client on win XP a get this error. " Error ODBC SQL Server Driver Database is Invalid or Cannot be Accessed, ID State HY024 ". This error is not happening when I connecting with win 7 (32 or 64).

Same thing for database or domain loging.

Also when I create a demo database NAV 2009 this error doesnt happening - only for our new production database.
