File Name for Attachments in Interaction template

Hi
I need some assistance on the email interaction in NAV
I am using mass mailing for my contacts and I have created an interaction template with attachment example abc.pdf but while send the email in outlook the name of the attachment changes and become attachment.pdf (see screenshot)
Can anyone advise how to correct this as the name of the pdf is important while mass mailing.
