Ledger entries shortcut key (Ctrl+F5) not functional

The issue here is, on a given Vendor card when i use Ctrl+F5 shortcut key (which is a standard) the corresponding ledger entries form does not open. I have checked all other short cut keys they all seem to work fine.
The version of the DB is NAV 5.0 SP1 (build 30488).
The strange thing is the same database on a different server, this issue does not seem to exists.
Can you help me decipher this issue (probable causes) ?

If you are using a virtual pc, or a remote desktop or any other program that might capture either buttons for their own purposes shortcutkey's might not work.
If the issue is solely on the vendor card, there might be a conflict with another control that has the same shortcutkey. (Since it doesn't apply on another server, there might be some small differences in the objects).
I'd suggest export the vendor card as txt and search for the shortcuts0 -
Hi Sog,
Thanks for the reply.
I did check that there are NO difference in terms of objects.
I do see this problem being present in all the databases which are on this particular server. Hence, this could be the reason (as you have stated) that, it might coincide with an already existing feature associated with these keys.
So we can cosider this solved
