Show Table in Client Add-In

Hi there,
I'm looking for a way to provide table data in a client add-in.
Something like: add/show comments in Sales Order Lines from Sales Order List
Example:
- FlowField in Sales Order List that shows the count of comments for all Sales Lines for the selected Sales Order
- OnSelect/Push of this field a Client Add-In opens a window to show all comments and I can edit, add, remove them from Client Add-In
I know that i can use something like a FactBox but I want to edit, add, remove them directly
Is this possible?
