RTC: journal line not deleted after posting

Hi all
From time to time it happens that the client posts some journal lines where one line stays in the journal after the posting is done. All the ledger entries are created the way they should.
The trouble is that I cannot reproduce this issue.
- it happens to different users
- it happens in different jouranals (purchase journal, cost journal...)
NAV 2009 R2 RTC, Build 6.0.33154.0
Any ideas how to find the cause of this misbehaviour?
