NAV/Navision Classic Client
Hi everyone,
when email is created directly from contact card in NAV RTC, no interaction log is created whereas in NAV classic version the feature is present.
how do i handle this?
Thanks in advance.

To achieve it you need to modify contact card page, copy the code from Contact Card form E-mail Button and place that code in OnAssist Edit of E-mail field on Page. You may loose the Email icon but it will create interaction log entry.
