Form to Page Transformation exe in Windows 7

Hi,
Form to Page Transformation exe(From Installation Folder) is not working in Windows 7 .
when i am trying to run the exe(Form to Page Transformation exe) it's opening in visual studio instead of running cmd promt.
please give me solution

from the first day I am using Transformation Tool in windows 7..

Windows 7 is not the problem..you are clicking on the wrong file

Click Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Tools.FormTransformation which is an application (above Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Tools.FormTransformation.exe - XML Configuration File)
