Req.worksheet not calculating correctly when stock is 0
Example for one item:
Stock keeping card
Location A:
Replenishment system: Purchase
Reordering Policy: Order
Location B:
Replenishment System: Transfer
Transfer-from Code: CS
Reorder Policy: Maximum Qty.
Reorder Point : 12
Maximum Inventory: 18
Order Multiple: 1
So when a requirement is need for Location B, Location A will order it.
When running calculate plan for this item with Qty 0 in stock, I get the following results:
Location: B quantity: 18 Replenishment System: Transfer.
It doesn’t generate the purchase for Location A, however if the current Qty in stock is 1, it generates the two lines I would expect:
Location: B quantity: 18 Replenishment System: Transfer.
Location: A quantity: 18 Replenishment System: Purchase.
Can anyone explain why this doesn’t work as I expect it to when the QTY in stock is 0.
Thanks in advance.

This might be a red herring, but have you set the Components at Location in Manufacturing Setup? I know this might seem very adbstract, but it has helped our puzzlement with the Requsition Worksheet even though we are not using Manufacturing!
