100% credit of Cenvat for Fixed asset.

Hi All,
This is realted to Fixed asset where in if the purchase of fixed asset during the current year is less than 5 crores , then in the next financial year company is declared as SSI by the excise department and can take 100% credit of Cenvat for every purchases there is no defferment. Can we do it in NAvision . Kindly let me know .
