AX 2009 deployment

Hello All,
I have a deployment requirement on AX 2009 as follows.
1. Have multiple countries(India, China, Thailand & Singapore)
2. Multi - languages as for above diffrent countries.
The architecture i am looking for is One single sever with one AOS and multiple enterprise portal sites(individual sites for each country) on one share point installation. (so on overall, i will be having only one single server for AOS & Share point server).
If someone has already worked out for this type of deployment, please suggest me if there are any limitations.
