RTC Add-In Downloader/Installer

Hi,
time ago I read about an possibility to download add in's to the client add-in folder.
Now it is time to try it out but I can't find it anymore.


- Does anybody know something about auto. downloader for NAV. ?
- What if I need to register the .dll ?

If there is already a solution for this available a link would be great.
