Hello,
I would like to view the interaction log entries for several contacts.
With the classic client i select the interaction log of a contact and i modify the filters put by NAV.
With the RTC client i open the page Interaction Log Entries (5076) but i can't set the filter.
Has anybody got an idea to view this information, i can create an new page but if i can avoid it...

You don't need to change the type of Page, Just click right corner button (Customize), and view Filter Pane, From Filter Pane you can view Filter, add Filter, Remove Filter
