can you tell me how to close sales quote in navision ?

Do you want to delete the quote or turn it into an order?

i mean when we sent quote to customer and the quote is not successfully it is more expensive then other. so we need to close it.
so what should we do ?

Delete it.

if we delete our transaction we will lost the history we can not track or analyze any more.
