Budget Exportation Error

GilGil Member Posts: 49
I have a problem with exporting Budget. The problem seems to be when exporting with Dimension Code with spaces
for example COST CENTER. From what i searched it looks like the work around was to change the Dimension Code to COSTCENTER or COST_CENTER.

However is there any other way to solve this? Because I can't change this anymore since it will affect a lot of posted entries.

Excel cell names can not include spaces so you have to handle this before exportation to Excel. I think you can play with CreateRangeName function in Excel Buffer. You can trim RangeName there but have to be careful about it's side effects.

I think most stable solution is removing spaces from relevant code values in NAV.
