New Middle-Tier

I created a secondary Middle-Tier server. I've configured it the same as my first. But when I connect from client to the middle-Tier, I'm getting this error. "Cannot Connect to Change Listener to SQL Server" error. See image.

What is the added value of this image? Please post the textual representation of the error instead of the actual error message. People will not be able to search for this error now because it's not available as text in your message. See forum rules #3.13
