Using dataports on the job queue through NAS

Hi there

We've used the Job queue dispatcher and want to change it to be initiated by NAS. 80% of the jobs on the job queue are reports that call dataports. The following error occurs:
'You cannot use C/AL variables of type DATAPORT when running the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application Server'

Is there anyway around this without re-writing the dataports into XML, reports or codeunits?
