U.S. - How are you handling the reports printing as A4?

Hi - we're wondering how other U.S. partners are handling the issue in NAV2009 of reports printing to A4 size? This issue existed in NAV2009, NAV2009 SP1, AND NAV2009 R2, so apparently Microsoft is not intending to fix it. We feel like we are in the position of having to fix all these reports and put them in at implementation, so that our customers are not so frustrated. Granted it is a quick fix, but to do it for all reports is time-consuming. Is there a hotfix out there that we don't know about?

We did contact Microsoft about this issue they did not provide any hotFix but they did provide a tool to fix this issue and they called it "RDLC Update", please open a service request with Microsoft and i think they will send it to you, if not please leave your email ID and i will email you.

Thanks for the information. We'll most likely contact Microsoft. It's not the first time we've tried to get a solution from them on this - but it sounds like at least they are addressing it now.
