I have observed that when User tries to login and Connection error comes then SQL Server Log shows the NT Authority\ANONUMOUS LOGON failed message.
User credentail are not passed from Server 1 (NAV Web Services) to Server 2 (Nav Database on MSSQL2008R2). I have already created SPN but it didnot solved my problem. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Thanks in Advance.
Here is the check list if your problem is still not solved :
1 Proper SPN and delegations should be maintained
2 sql and navision services should have logon of the user for whom delegations are done.
3 purge all tickets using klist purge.
4 User should have enough permission to access the folder where navision is installed
