Date Pick from Calender

I want to develop a functionality that in the date type field there should be a drop down to the calendar and by click or press enter the date should be selected on the field.( like we see in on line forms applications etc.)
Suggest me some method.
I am trying to use Monthly Calender Form but can't able to pick date there.
Can we use standard system Calender in Navision???

It was very helpful.
But there is one problem with that is If I select the date with calender then the code written on OnValidate Trigger is not running..
So I have written the same code on Assist Trigger also then it is showing no response..
