Report Selection Table Sequence no

Hi,
My Client asked me to prepare report according to their required formats for sales order and purchase order. I have to deploy them in Navision using Report selection Table. I have created new record in Report selection table (table 77) and changed sequence no of the previous one to two and added new record with one. Is it the correct way to do or We have to remove the previous record. any body have idea on this

The sequence no. in report selection table is just like on priority basis no. 1 will be on first priority and 2 on second and so on....
