Ratio control

I've a page numbered 59999 with a field ExtendedDatatype=ratio. Field was displayed like a progress bar.
All works good.

But when I try to use new number for this page: example 18093015 this field was displayed like a normal decimal textbox.

Why this?

    Do you simply change the number of the page?
