Where to define windows and database logins in NAV 2013?

Hi all,

I need to give the database logins and windows logins in NAV 2013 Beta.Since I cant find the option Tools -> Security -> Windows Logins /Database Logins, I cant able to define the logins.

If anyone know where to define the logins in NAV 2013 Beta, Kindley let me know.
