Sell item A but shipment item B

Hi all,
I have a case as below:

Customer order item A but it is not in stock, we ship item B (almost like item A) for customer.
How can we do it in the NAV?

Change the order to Item B, and post a shipment for it

You can make use of Item Substitution in NAV.
You can define a item B as substitute of item A. In case Item A is unavailable you can ship Item B.
