Hi,
When trying to import an attachment in Interaction template in RTC in Nav 2009 R2, I am getting the error below.
However the same process is working in the classic version.
"You have canceled the import process."
Your help/suggestion will be highly appreciated.

If you press Cancel button on Import dialogue screen then only you get above error message..

I simply tried on base database..
Did you select the correct file before pressing Open..
