Can not install dotnetfx 4 (jet report)

Dear all
I want to test jet report . But I am stuck in the middle of installing dotnetfx 4 . The message " install dotnet framework not success " my window is window 7 .

Please check are you install correct installer for your OS. I never test install jetreport before i not sure it will auto install or manual install.
