Assign Consumption Journals

I finish production Order, but i forgot to post Consumption , is it possible to post Consumption Journals against that Production.

No, in standard NAV it is not possible.

1.0 If you have changed the status and reported the Production Order as Finished, then you cannot post against that order.
2.0 However, you can do -ve adjustment of stock against the Production Order, to reconcile the items consumed. For this, you can take the Production Order No. as the document No. and that way, link it to the production order.
3.0 Alternatively, you can do a production order again, consume and report output; do the -ve adjustment for the earlier output (which could be without RM cost - is there machine centre / work centre cost involved?)
