Mobile E-Billing

I am looking for an electronic billing solution users can preform from a smartphone, submit billing tickets quickly straight from the field. Currently everyone faxes (some ppl email )their invoices and it is a huge strain on our accounting department, they have to read the chicken scratch, enter the invoice details etc. I am looking at pronto forms with ATT as a system that would allow users to submit their invoices to a common email box. any ideas out there would be greatly appreciated

    Our CEO just emailed me a link to Pronto Forms. Did you ever implement them in your company?

    Hi,

    I would say you could do this with Anveo WebDesk (from Conion Media) in NAV. They support mobile devices pretty well, also with an offline capability (essential for some field applications). However, Anveo is the tool, not the solution - your inhouse staff or your NAV partner should be able to configure the required forms quickly enough, though.
