This shows the windows login name which is very difficult for users to identify each other. How can we get full names?

It is hard to get the full name in RTC. I have tried to do that thrugh .net interop and in most cases it is problem of permissions. This will be solved in NAV 2013, where each user account have field for entering the full name manually (because you can have different user authentication method, not using A/D etc.). But still, you cannot change the system parts...
