hi all,
Does database used percentage effect speed transaction in NAV Native DB 4.0 sp3??
How much percentage of database should be for Nav 4.0 native DB that keep speed of doing transaction in NAV?
Should we keep it 50% or less?
Thanks,

Hi,
You have to take care lot of things to increase the performance. Search the forum for how to increase the performance of your DB.
To answer your question, it is always good to keep sufficient free space a minimum of 20 to 25% (and that depends on the volume of data)
Regards,
KSP

This was a test question back when I was certified for Navision 2.0.
You're suppose to keep the native database at between 75%-85% usage to ensure optimal performance.
