Navision Server service not starting automatically

I'm having a problem with a Navision 4 database server... the service on the server itself is set to AUTOMATIC but it does not start when Windows 2000 Server starts up... we have to go in and start it manually.
System is P4/1.4 GHz, 1.5 GB ram. (Somebody from Microsoft Business Solutions support suggested the machine may be low on resources, I don't believe this to be the issue).
Any ideas? Nothing in Event Log I can see...
