Report Rendering Fails while Printing report

Hello Everybody,
I have modified sales order report to print item image on line. The report sometime works fine. But sometimes it gives the error like:: An error occurred during rendering of the report. I think this is due to the unusual image size. If you have any idea about it please suggest me. my client donot want to minimize the picture quality and sizes.
