We are looking into implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and are going through the workflows before we roll it out to the company. We send out marketing e-mails using a 3rd party product to cut down on bouncebacks and get better tracking. We want to create a campaign and setup a campaign activity that is an e-mail, but this appears to be hard coded to send the e-mail, as when you click Distribute it tries to send. Is there another way to mark it as e-mail, but not actually create and send the e-mail? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Adam
