(Navision + ADCS + XML) How to create a plug-in for ADCS

Hi all,
I have Navision 3.70 A + ADCS to communicate with hand-held devices.
But i have a problem... The protocol used id different from protocol used by my devices.
I suppose that the communication througt Navision and ADCS is made by XML files. It's possible to get this files?
This way i can send/receive info to/from my hand-held device.

Does anyone have a full explanation how to create a new plug-in for ADCS (this, because my type of hand-held cannot communicate with the standard plug-in used by ADCS)?
Does anyone created a plug-in for ADCS?
