Payment Services and FirstData Global Gateway

Hi there,
We are trying to setup the Microsoft Payment Services using one of the supported payment processors (FirstData). However FirstData keeps telling us that they do not support Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Also they seem to have different rates whenever I talk to another person.
Is anyone using the standard credit card process feature in NAV 2009 R2 and if yes, with which payment processor? What are the experiences there? Or maybe better chose PayPal?
