Unexpected filter behaviour after technical Upgrade

Hi All,
After technically upgrading a database (DB version 4.0, objects remain unchanged) from build 27191 (early V5) to 33367 (V6) the application shows an unexpected filter beahviour:
The lines within MainSubForms are sometimes not completely shown. After restarting the client, however, they show up. It seems as if some filter gets activated and is not released until the client is restarted. (Ctrl + F7 does not show any filters)
Has anyone faced this problem before and can provide a solution? Any hints on relevant, changed command interpretation between the mentioned versions are welcome.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Kind regards,
Daniel

If you are using somewhere the filtergroup 1, you can have problems. Filtergroup 1 in NAV 2009 is global filter group, it means, that filters applied there on one record variable, are applied to all record variables of the same table.0
