Positive Adjust./ Negative Adjust. not affecting RG 23 A/C

Hello Experts,

I am faing a strange issue. I am passing positive adjustment and negative adjustment using the Item Journal, but the entries are not getting reflected in RG tables.
For your information I have provided RG23PartI and RG23PartII entry nos. while passing the Item Journal entry.

Please help.
