RTC Profile customization

We noticed that one of our client's user's RTC client did not load up cause the profile was corrupt.
We removed the user from windows user list and she was able to log in again, but unfortunately her rtc startup screen customizations got deleded.

I was wondering where does Navision store these customizations in rtc, as with classic client they are in the zup file?
