Hi All,

Purchase order received quantity = 20000
Purchase order invoiced quantity = 19,510
Qty. Received but not invoiced = 490

For the Qty. Received but not invoiced = 490 I done purchase credit memo and cost amount showing correct for both transactions.
But in inventory valuation report still its showing the expected cost and quantity for 490. Please let me know how to avoid the expected cost in the inventory valuation report.

Thank you
Vinoth

    Hi Vinoth,

I am not too sure, but as I understand the situation, may be in your case technically the 490 quantity is still expected to be invoiced, because when I tried this with a similar situation, the inventory valuation report came out clean. See the attached ledger entries and the valuation report screen shots.

    Kind regards,

    Chn

    Hi Chinmoy,

Thank you for tested this case.

I think refer to your item ledger, invoice also posted for complete quantity 2. Post invocie for 1 quantity and you can get the expected cost in inventory valuation.

Attached ILE is my partial 19,510 invoiced quantity for your reference.

    Thank you.

From your screen shot it looks like you have done negative adjt. and not not posted credit memo.
Also u need to "Appl.-to Item Entry" in credit memo.
