Excel executed on server can't open a excel file

I try to open a excel file on server side and following error message appears :
"Excel can't open file : xxxxxx.xls"

Any idea somebody ?

I have used this code:

Create(XLApp,true,false);

XLApp.Worbooks.Open(filepath)


I have tried file on server and on network.
