Really desperate, fatal error page 47 Sales invoice subform!

Hi all,

When our customer tries to add a column in the sales order subform (page 47) a fatal error occurs!?

Also, if our customer chooses the option 'Save view as' in a list page (all the list pages) a fatal error occurs!?

We installed the latest hotfix, but without positive result....

Please advice a possible solution for these problems...

Hard to say what causes the crash based the repro steps provided; but you can try to delete the personalizations done on the page as it "smells" like a mismatch might have happened here.
Goto company XYZ/Departments/Administration/IT Administration/Data Deletion/Configuration and Personalization/Delete User Personalization and remove personalizations for the specific page and give it another try.

Please check if users have sufficient read/write rights on the folders used by personalizations.
It's a guess, but it might do the trick.

Found the solution!

Someone used separators in the HomeItems section of the role center, this causes the problem!
