Avoid changing company

Hi
I'd like to prevent some users from changing company in NF2.01.
I know I can assign permissions by company, and control the opening of companies that way; but
I'd like to forbid some users the _view_ of the companies list that is shown by pressing CTRL+O.
Anyone can help?
