SMTP error in customer card - RTC

I am getting an error while creating a new customer using Customer card at RTC as :The SMTP mail system returned the follwing error : Mail box unavailable.The Server response was :5.7.1 Client does not have permisssions to send as this sender. This error is thrown when I enter customer number in the card(manual number entry). ](*,) .how to resolve this.
