RDL Report Subtotal

Hi i have a rdl invoice report where i'd like to show a subtotal at the end of every printed page. Does anyone have an idea how i could accomplish this? My layout is attached.
What i managed to do is adding a function to code which adds up all line amounts. I can show this amount (which is my subtotal) in the group 3 line, oddly if i add the same expression to the group 1 footer line it shows 0 all the time...
Adding the Sum expression to the group 3 footer doesn't work as well, this shows the invoice total.
I'm a little lost here, but think there must be a solution...
