i need to retrieve an absolute figure when calculating the variances in the account schedule. is it possible in some way or another?

            Just a curiosity; it looks like the calculated variance figures are coming negative in your case, by chance if the variance calculated in some case is positive the representation will be wrong isn't it?
And if all the variance figures are coming negative, you can put a formula to multiply it with -1.
