Problem while Installing Nav2009R2(RTC) on three Tiers

Dear All,

I am trying to install Nav 2009 R2(RTC) in three Different systems(Tiers)
but i am getting SQL connection Error
Scenario
1)My RTC client is on ONE System
2)Nav server is on one sysytem
3)SQL Server ie Database is on one System


NOTE1 : RTC has been configured sucessfully on Two Tier ie.
1) RTC & Nav Serevr is on one System
2)SQL Server ie Database is on another System

NOTE2:My All Systems are in Same Domain.
