NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE ERROR

HI,
I got the error NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE ERROR cannot open the database when i am trying to open RTC.
I have got the solution.
go to control panel - administrative tools - services.
select SQL server browser and double click
set start type as automatic.
start the services.
still you get error then restart the system and check.
