After releasing to copy sales line record

How to copy the line which is created in Sales order and paste it in second line after releasing the sales order??

You should not make any modification to a Sales Order after it has been released without re-opening it.
So in order to create a second line, you will have to re-open the sales order.
The release will calculate the line amounts, discount amounts, VAT/Tax, etc.
