Error internal 1 in module 5

Hi the experts,
I have developped a program who export/import Object througth web service. The most objects could be imported but when i'm trying import the customer/item table, the nav server crash with folowing error :
Error internal 1 in module 5.
I searched on several forum but i have not found a issue ...

Thanks to reply, but i have already read this sites. So, i removed item/custom on Role Center...and...it's work... i don't understand ...
