Hi All,
When I open some Customized Classic Reports in RTC, it closes with error.

'The server "net.tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV/Service" is either unavailable or your connection has been lost. Do you want to attempt to reconnect?'

It happens only with 2 or 3 customised classic Reports. All others are working fine.
Anybody face this error? Please let me know if there is any solution

Thanks!

The same report is working fine in Classic. The error happens only in RTC!

Is the problem coming with particular user or any of user?

Thanks Vijay. I've read through the page, but that one is about the error happens for a particular user and for all Reports. I'm also getting the same error message, but for me, it happens for all users and for particular Reports only. It's happening even for super user.

The connection lost can happen for many reasons.

Go to a look at the Event Log. I hope there is an entry of an exception from the server. The stack trace might give you a hint of the problem.

Some of these issues we have solved in different hot fixes. Go and make sure that you have the lastest updates. Just reasonally that recommendation solve the issue.

And by the way we only fix hotfixes when they are going through the normal channels :-) - not through Mibuso.

Thanks for the replies.. The issue was solved after removing one of the report section. Not sure what exactly is wrong with that section, but there is no more error after removing that. The same section was available in all the three reports which were having problem

    Thanks!
